OVATION

Ovation is an innovative control platform developed by Emerson, leveraging the company's five decades of power and water expertise. It is designed to enhance plant reliability and efficiency, offering a single platform for simulation and plant control. The Ovation platform is optimized for the global power generation and water/wastewater treatment industries, providing advanced applications for optimizing plant operations, integrated vibration monitoring, generator excitation control, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and scalable solutions for small or distributed applications. It also supports virtualization and embedded simulation to improve operator performance and plant efficiencies.

The Ovation Compact Controller, a notable feature, combines the size and ruggedness of a PLC with the power and ease-of-integration of the Ovation control system, supporting both water and power applications. Additionally, the Ovation Distributed Control System (DCS) has been designated and certified as Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology by the Department of Homeland Security under the U.S. SAFETY Act, ensuring enhanced security for power and water critical infrastructure.

Ovation offers a range of products including the Ovation Controller, EDS, Power and Water Cybersecurity Suite, and Ovation Process Historian.
