MOTOROLA MVME147SRF MPU VME Module/The MVME147SRF is a VME module from Emerson/Motorola, The module has a clock speed of 16 MHz, 4MB RAM, and an installed timer RAM with no parity check and no Ethernet. It also has an EEPROM chip and a shared DRAM with SCSI bus interface with DMA channel. The module is equipped with the MC68030 microprocessor and the MC68882 floating-point coprocessor with a VMEbus main interface compatible with A32/D32 and A24/D16. The MVME147SRF is a double-slot board with a PMC expansion slot that supports 32/64-bit.
