Schneider Electric 140CPU65260 Modicon Quantum Unity CPU Module.The Modicon Quantum 140CPU65260 is a Pentium Unity processor with 3,072 kB of internal RAM and a clock rate of 266 MHz. It has 2 local racks and can have 6 optional modules: Ethernet, Modbus, Modbus Plus, Profibus DP, and Sy/Max. The module has two local signal leds -- one red for Ethernet conflict and one green for Ethernet activity  MODICON QUANTUM - 3072 KB - 266 MHZ

　　140CPU65260 has four communication ports.One Modbus(RS-232/RS-485),one Modbus Plus(RS-485),one USB and one Ethernet.The CPU module requires 2760 mA bus current.The module also has a key switch.Its discrete(bit)reference capacity is 62 kBytes,and its register(word)reference capacity is 64 kBytes.Its battery has a shelf life of 10 years and a service life of 12 mAh.The 140CPU65260 uses a 3V lithium battery.

　　The CPU module contains many built-in diagnostic functions.When powered on,it will check and diagnose any problems with RAM,RAM address,checksum execution,user logic,and processor.At run time,it checks all these functions except the processor.
